The RN MDS Coordinator assists the Nursing Home Administrator/Director of Nursing with ensuring that documentation in the facility meets Federal, State, and Certification guidelines. The RN MDS Coordinator coordinates the RAI process assuring the timeliness, and completeness of the MDS, CAAs, and Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
