Help Fund Our Efforts To Design Engaging Programming & Options
Friends House Retirement Community is a non-profit serving low and middle-income seniors who help each other thrive in an engaged community. The community maintains special funds and sets priorities for charitable gifts. Donations encourage growth and improve services in the community. They help us respond nimbly to unforeseen needs, assist families to support their loved ones’ goals, and reach seniors who require aid in securing a stable and peaceful retirement with us.

Giving Back to Our Mothers, Fathers & Grandparents Is the Gift You Give Yourself
Friends House believes in fostering a generous community that gives freely and compassionately to our elders and those in need – whether that’s a volunteer with a gift of time or effort … or a local partner helping organize an event … or a resident or employee of Friends House. The town of Sandy Spring, Maryland, has always been a community that provides for neighbors and friends – and we seek to continue that tradition for Friends House seniors and others throughout Montgomery County.
