Friday Farmers Market at Friends House

Every Friday at 12 PM | Front Entrance, Friends House Campus

Each Friday during the growing season, Friends House hosts a weekly farm stand right at our front entrance, welcoming residents and local neighbors to shop for the freshest in-season vegetables.

The stand is run by Sandy Spring Gardens, a nearby farm located just two miles away. Farmer Tom Farquhar, whose roots run deep in Sandy Spring and whose ties to Friends House go back decades, brings a purposeful mix of naturally and sustainably grown produce straight from the fields to our community.
