Fall Prevention: Practical Steps for Safer, More Confident Living

February 26 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Fall Prevention Educational Event

Falls are one of the most common health concerns for older adults, especially during colder months when icy walkways, bulky footwear, and reduced daylight can increase risk. The good news is that many falls are preventable with the right information, habits, and support.

Join us for an educational talk on fall prevention featuring Brandi Perry, Director of Sales at Comfort Home Care. Brandi will share practical, easy-to-understand guidance on reducing fall risks at home and in daily routines – covering topics such as balance, mobility, home safety, and seasonal considerations. Attendees will leave with actionable tips they can use right away.

About the speaker: Brandi Perry is the Director of Sales at Comfort Home Care, where she works closely with older adults and families to support safe, independent living. With extensive experience helping individuals navigate care options and home safety needs, Brandi brings a compassionate, real-world perspective to fall prevention and aging well.

This educational event reflects Friends House’s ongoing commitment to supporting informed, purposeful choices that help older adults stay active, confident, and connected.

This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome.
